Please read our pre-registration checklist before completing your registration.
Register for a USA Hockey Number
All participants must register for a USA Hockey number before completing program registration.
Why this is required:
- World-class insurance coverage
- Official playing rules to keep the game safe and fun
- Commitment to concussion research, awareness and education
How to register:
Click the button below to visit the USA Hockey Registration site. Once there, complete the following steps:
- Click Player Registration
- Verify your information
- Complete payment
- Check out
- Check your email for your confirmation and USA Hockey number
Birth Certificate
You will need to scan your child’s birth certificate and upload it into our safe and secure registration portal.
Why this is required:
MAHA and USA Hockey require birth certificates for official rostering and age verification for each participating child.
Payment Options
Program payments are processed through our safe and secure registration portal.
- 8U, Learn to Skate, and House team payments are processed through the registration portal
- Families may pay in full or choose a monthly payment plan
- Travel team payment options may vary
